You can start this quest by talkin to Romeo in Varrock square. Then go to the East of Varrock, just outside the city borders and speak with Juliet on the balcony. Take the letter and give it to Romeo.

Now go the the South of Varrock, just to the East of the Stone circle. Collect a few cadaver berries.

Now to the Church in the North East of Varrock and speak with Father Lawrence. Then go to the Apothecary in the South West of Varrock.

Talk to him a few times to get the cadaver potion made for you.

Now go back to Juliet and give her the potion.

Now finally go back to Romeo and tell him what's going on.

And easy quest and 5 easy quest points gained.
