Druidic Ritual

Requirements: none.
Items needed: raw rat meat, raw bear meat, raw beef, raw chicken, some armour and a weapon are optional if you intend to kill some level 19 suits of armour.
Why you should do this quest: Completing this quest allows you to start training your herblore skill, which is incredibly useful. Some potions sell for quite a bit of money and are essential for other aspects of the game (for example, no person would dream of fighting the Kalphite Queen, or doing a Barrows run without a good number of prayer potions).
How to start: Talk to Kaqemeex in the druid's stone cricle in Taverly (just north of the witch's house). For new members, Taverly is through the members' gate northwest of Falador.
Speak with Kaqemeex to start the quest and discover that he needs to purify the cursed altar just south of Varrock (you know, the one with all the annoying dark wizards). He tells you to talk to Sanfew.
Sanfew is on the second floor of the herblore shop in the centre of Taverly (a round building in the middle), and he will tell you something about the ‘cauldron of thunder' which is in Taverly Dungeon. This is where you need the meats (try and have them by this stage; it'll save a lot of walking around).
Go south of Taverly until you see the exclamation mark symbol that signifies the entrance to a dungeon. When you climb down, head a little north until you come to a metal gate, with a suit of armour on either side. Try to open the gate, and the armour will attack you. Dispose of it, and when you have done so, go through the gate and use your four meats on the cauldron. They should turn an attractive blue (attractive colour, but it doesn't really suit the meat... urrgh).
When you have done this, retrace your steps out of the dungeon and return to Sanfew at the Herblore shop. He will thank you and tell you to return to Kaqemeex. Finally, return to the stone circle and talk to Kaqemeex, who will tell you everything you need to know about the magical skill that is herblore...
