Yeah when you reach lvl 22 runecrafting just buy 1k ess for 32-34k, make the runes, and sell for 45gp (1,000 x 15 x 3 = 45k) Easy and quick profit.

lol to make cosmic u need to go in Zanaris for the altar m8 ;)

for ikcti, all I know is mind runes spawn point is at lumby near the stairs, and air runes in karamja at the back of the house of the guy with the monkey, water runes is in the scorpion pits, then fire is also in the scorpion pits near the water runes.
