in barbarian outpost, there is free respawning planks and a deposit box. good way for con and money.

When you buy a house you get both a parlour and a garden so, there is no reason to buy a parlour since you already have one.

i nornally mine pure essence which is really good you can sell 10k pure essence for 1.5mill i got 46 construction and now am minin stuff so i get lotsa £££££££££££££££££££

tip: get maid, even if you can hir better. she serves tea which raises con. level by 1-3, depending on shelves. this is necessary for pople who like to build above there levels, like me! ;) plus, she is very cheap and is only one who serves tea.

a good way to not have to go back a forth from bank to house is take it all in notes, and some money and sell a few notes to the store right by the portal, then buy them back as normal. also use some clay and make fireplaces and stuff.

A helpfull hint is there are four regular plank respwan points north of the barbarien agility course. They respawn fairly quickly. Using the bank box in the near by mini makes getting planks easy. Your Friend Cal
